Refund policy

This is a prototype. Grace Guides is a research build. No service is sold, no payment is taken, no account is created and nothing you enter leaves your browser.
The short version
Ask within 14 days and you get all your money back. No reason, no form, no questions about what you did or did not use.
After 14 days
We refund the unused part of the current four-week period, pro rata to the day.
One-time purchases
The Style Book and the guides are refundable within 14 days, the same as everything else.
A charge you do not recognise
Write to support@example-grace.test with the amount and the date. We will find it and, if it should not have happened, refund it. We will not ask you to prove it was not you.
How long
We start within one working day. Your bank then takes three to ten days, which is outside our control.
