1. Who you contract with

2. Age

You must be 18 or over. The store listing carries the same rating, so the two do not contradict each other.

3. What this is

Grace Guides gives opinions about clothing. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice and makes no claim about your health.

4. Subscription and payment

$4.99 for the first 7 days, then $14.99 every four weeks until you cancel. Thirteen four-week periods fall in a year, so a full year is $194.87. The stylist add-on is $9.99 every four weeks and cancels separately. We will not change the price of a subscription you hold without 30 days’ notice.

5. Cancelling

App, Subscription, Cancel. One screen, and the same screen then shows the cancellation. If you would rather write, support@example-grace.test works and we act within one working day. We will not require you to email us and we will not put a retention offer in the way.

6. Right to withdraw (EU, EEA, UK)

14 days from the start, no reason needed, refunded in full. Ask for immediate access and you still get the unused part back.

7. Refunds

Set out in the refund policy, which exists and is linked here. A term that points at an unpublished document is not a term.

8. Complaints

Write to us first. EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform. Nothing here removes a right you have under the consumer law where you live, including your right to your own local courts. There is no compulsory arbitration clause and no class action waiver.

9. Liability

We are liable as the law makes us liable, and exclude nothing the law does not let us exclude.
